Freeman Schwabe Machinery and the ICG International Cutting Group (ICG) are entering into a strategic partnership to jointly internationalize their business. ICG acquires a majority interest in Freeman Schwabe Machinery, the leading North American punching machine manufacturer. Together with the existing management team under Greg DeFisher, ICG will further develop the company on a global scale.
