Production line for the manufacture of honeycomb packaging materials
Large area cutting machine standard size 1:
- Table surface 1800 x 1050 mm
- Usable material size 1800 x 2100 mm
- Cutting force 2000 kN
Large area cutting machine standard size 2:
- Table surface 1800 x 1400 mm
- Usable material size 1800 x 2800 mm
- Cutting force 2000 kN, 2400 kN or 3000 kN
The system consists of
- Large area cutting machine with lateral toothed belt drive
- Maximal Cutting stroke 200 mm
- Lateral tool change (alternatively in throughfeed direction)
- Destacking unit with sheet separation and automatic insertion into the sheet transport
- Stripping station 1 for stripping internal waste
- Optional: stripping station 2 for lateral removal of the panels
- Waste separation
- Optional: automatic panel stacking
- The production line can be planned in different variants, depending on the customer's requirements
