Customer Information COVID-19
Dear Customers and Business Partners,
the rapid spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is a cause of concern for all of us.
We would like to inform you today how we at schoen + sandt handle this situation.
Our top priority is to protect the health of our employees, our customers and our business partners and thus make a maximum contribution to containing the spread of the virus. We monitor the situation daily, follow the recommendations of the authorities with the utmost care and adapt our business processes and guidelines accordingly.
Due to the interventions taken, we are currently able to work with the complete team, partly from the home office, in split offices or in assembly/production with different teams and shifts.
We are in daily contact with our suppliers to insure the pipeline remains open and that, in turn, we can provide the best possible deliveries to our customers. However, we ask for your understanding that there may be delays and also for the fact that our service technicians can currently only be active in Germany.
Our sales department can still be reached under the contact details of which you are aware and they will be pleased to help you with your problems or questions in the usual manner.
We also ask that everyone please follow the official recommendations for your own protection and for the protection of our fellow human beings, especially those belonging to the risk groups.
